Match Preview: Cowdenbeath - Dumbarton
Soccernet.com

Cowdenbeath manager Keith Wright has four players missing for the meeting with Dumbarton.

Hamish French joins Willie Miller, Graham Brown and Ian Mauchlen on the sidelines for the clash.

A win for Cowdenbeath could push them towards the top of the table but Wright just wants to steady the ship after last week's defeat against Berwick Rangers.

He said: "I really just want us to get back on the rails after last week. If Dumbarton beat us they go above us so it's another important game for us."

Dumbarton manager David Winnie has just one player missing.

Goalkeeper Steve Grindlay has picked up an injury and will miss out on the clash at Central Park.

Winnie knows that three points for his side would allow them to progress past Cowdenbeath in the table - and that's exactly what Winnie hopes to do.

He said: "We will go there with a positive frame of mind and, if we go about it the right way, we could move above them in the table."
