Cowdenbeath went joint top of the Second Division with a fortunate 1-0 win over Stenhousemuir at Central Park.

The Fifers led through a sixth-minute Graham Brown goal at the interval, but fell completely out of sorts in the second half.

It took some fine goalkeeping from Gary O'Connor, who made spectacular saves from Jay Stein, Mark Wilson and Steve McCormick, to give his side the win that puts them top along with Fife rivals Raith Rovers.
