Struggling Stirling made it 10 games without a win as Berwick grabbed a late equaliser in a poor-quality 1-1 draw at Forthbank.
Stirling looked to have done enough to secure a badly-needed three points but once again they conceded the lead after going in front.
Chris Templeman opened the scoring after 47 minutes when Berwick goalkeeper Gary O'Connor missed a Graeme Donald cross, allowing the striker to score with a simple header.
Berwick continued to battle away and in an often niggly second half, they were rewarded with an 88th-minute equaliser.
Marc Anthony's cross from the right was headed down by Gary Wood and midfielder Martin Neil swept the ball home from six yards.
Berwick remain without a win in Stirling since 1983 but Stirling themselves have problems and are deep in relegation trouble.
