First Division strugglers Airdrie and Greenock Morton fought out a 1-1 draw in a battle that was not as explosive as had been expected.
Stephen Aitken opened the scoring for Morton after 10 minutes when he stroked the ball home after the Diamonds' defence was split open easily.
Airdrie goalkeeper Sanchez Broto was forced into making a number of fine saves as Morton attempted to increase their lead.
In the second half the home side had a strong wind at their backs and looked set to level the match after Stuart Ingram headed home after 51 minutes, buthis goal was ruled offside.
Just when it looked as if Airdrie would suffer yet another home defeat a last gasp equaliser from defender Eddie Forrest gave the home side a share of the points.
Defender Forrest was quicker to react to a loose pass and cut the ball into the net from a very acute angle to have the home fans celebrating.
It was no more than Airdrie had deserved in view of their second half pressure.
