Super-sub Brown Ferguson marked his return to the East Stirling side with a dream double to record a 2-1 win over Elgin.

Ferguson was on hand to net with his first touch after coming on as substitute in the 57th minute.

Elgin's captain Colin Milne equalised with a penalty after he had been brought down by Shire keeper Jim Butter.

However, Ferguson gave East Stirling their first league win since September after 69 minutes with a tap-in after Martin Pirie had blocked Colin Allison's close range effort.
