Clyde were held to a goallless encounter by a solid Alloa defence at Broadwood.
The home side had much the better of the outfield play, but the Alloa defence rarely allowed them a clear shot at goal.
Alloa manager Terry Christie will be happy at lifting a point from a Clyde side who began with confidence after an outstanding midweek win.
Inside the first minute a Pat Kogh header came close and then after 16 minutes french striker Freddie Boniface was just a yard wide with a left-foot drive.
As Clyde continued on top they were denied after 63 minutes in goalmouth scramble.
But Alloa came close five minutes later to opening the scoring when striker Colin Nish had the ball in the net, but that was ruled out for offside.
Boniface missed another chance after 89 minutes and it took an alert save from keeper Bryan Halliwell in injury-time to deny Ross Hamilton a shock winner for Alloa.
