Queens Park kept up their push for promotion with a 3-0 win and another confident display, but they were forced to wait until the second half to underline their superiority with goals.
Kevin Finlayson opened the scoring in the 47th minute when he punished a defensive mistake to poke the ball low into the net.
And 11 minutes later Queens added a second when the Stirling defence failed to clear a corner from the right and Mark Gallagher swept the ball home.
Although Stirling tried to fight their way back into the picture they seldom threatened the home defence and it was no surprise when Queens added the third in the 71st minute through Greg Miller.
