Berwick Rangers saved a point despite once again suffering a red-card shame as they salvaged a 1-1 draw at Sheilfield Park against Queen's Park.
Full-back Lloyd Haddow was the man who rescued his team by netting from the penalty spot after Martin Neil was fouled.
But within 12 minutes he had turned from hero to villain as he was dismissed by the referee after he kicked Kevin Finlayson in the back.
Frankie Carroll put Queens Park ahead in the 29th minute, pushing the ball home after Berwick goalkeeper Gary O'Connor fumbled a Mark Gallagher cross.
But the keeper redeemed himself in the closing minutes when he pulled off two superb saves from substitute Greg Miller.
It was a disappointing game for the home fans and for much of the time a resolute Queen's Park looked capable of holding on for three points.
But with time running out it was Haddow who netted to snatch a point for troubled Rangers.
