Full-time: Stranraer 0 - 2 Clydebank
Soccernet.com

Stranraer slumped to their first home defeat in the league in five months when Clydebank taught them a tough lesson with a 2-0 win.

Neither side produced exciting football and the only highlight of a dull first half was Danny McKervie's neat header in 35 minutes to put Bankies ahead.

Stranraer briefly held the upper hand in the second half but faded badly and after substitute Eric Paton had hit the bar for Bankies Stevie Murray made sure for the visitors with a cracking 25-yarder four minutes from time.

To add to Stranraer's woes they had keeper Mark McGeown booked (62) for handling outside his box.

Clydebank's three points hold them level with Stranraer on the table, but both teams will need to improve to stay in the top half.
