A tall midfielder who started his career with Liverpool but, unable to break into the side, joined Wrexham on a free transfer in March 1999.
Immediately won a place in the first team, making his debut in a 2-1 defeat at Blackpool in August 1999. His first ever goal came three months later in a 2-0 FA Cup win at Kettering Town.
Dropped out of the first team picture in October 2000 but joined Conference side Doncaster Rovers on loan in January 2001 to continue his footballing education. Made his debut against Forest Green Rovers.
Failed to make a real impact on his return, and was sent off in the last game of the season against Bristol Rovers. That turned out to be his last ever game for the club as he was released on a free in May 2001.
Played 47 games for the club and scored four goals.
